What are the responsibilities and job description for the Property Manager position at Project Bnb?
We are looking for a hardworking and responsible individual to look after our portfolio of properties in Baltimore and the surrounding areas. No experiance is needed, training will be provided.
Responsibilities will include and not limited to:
-Property inspections
-Scheduling of maintenece and cleaning of properties
- Finding of local contractors to service properties
- Minor trouble shooting
- First point of contact for owners of the properties
Compensation will be a percentage of nightly revenues generated from the properties.
