What You’ll Do
- Take ownership of delinquency management, including tracking, scheduling, and posting evictions
- Coordinate with legal filing partners to ensure accurate and timely processing
- Work with internal teams to send past residents to collections
- Represent the company in court proceedings for delinquency and related matters
- Maintain and track property compliance to ensure all requirements are met
- Support operations by distributing keys to maintenance, leasing staff, and vendors
- Assist the Regional Property Manager and Property Management team with daily operations and special projects
What We’re Looking For
- Delinquency experience is required
- Availability to work in-office 5 days a week
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional when handling sensitive or challenging situations
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management and follow-through
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook & Excel required)
- Ability to work with and analyze spreadsheets
- Strong communication skills (Spanish is a plus)
- Experience with eWrit is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
- Base annual salary of $55,000 commissions
- 401(k) with company match

- 15 days PTO (after 90 days)
