What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll handle a wide range of maintenance tasks across multiple properties, ensuring homes are safe, functional, and move-in ready.
Responsibilities include:
- Completing service requests such as plumbing, electrical, drywall, and painting repairs
- Handling general handyman work including doors, windows, screens, blinds, and weatherproofing
- Repairing and installing fixtures such as sinks, toilets, garbage disposals, and flooring
- Performing move-out inspections and preparing homes for new residents
- Completing full unit turns, including painting when needed
- Using AppFolio to manage inspections, work orders, and updates
- Providing repair estimates and maintaining cost efficiency
- Keeping accurate records of work orders, invoices, and receipts
- Managing a flexible, fast-paced daily schedule across multiple locations
What You Bring
- Proven experience in residential maintenance (painting required)
- Strong working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general repairs
- HVAC and/or plumbing certification preferred, but not required
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Reliable work van or pickup truck for daily use
- Required vehicle insurance coverage
- Your own tools for maintenance work
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable using mobile apps and work order systems (AppFolio a plus)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Schedule
- Full-time role
- Overtime available
- Local travel required between properties
Compensation & Benefits
