The ecco/project from James Beard award-winning chef Spike Gjerde is a rapidly growing food company. Our newest opening in Mount Vernon, Bar Dali is a lively Spanish tapas bar featuring pinxtos, vermouths, sherry, and an all Spanish wine list.
Bar Dali joins La Jetée, Woodberry Kitchen, and the forthcoming cafe Terracotta in a new effort to drive meaningful and measurable value to our regional food system.We are searching for a floor manager to assist the General Manager with nightly service including providing coaching for team members, ensuring guests are ecstatically happy, and opening and closing the bar according to establish procedures.
Job Responsibilities:
- Open and close the restaurant according to established procedures. Run pre-shift and ensure absolute readiness for service. Manage the guest experience throughout the evening, ensuring guests are enjoying absolutely everything about their experience.
- Train and coach staff according to established steps of service.
- Manage kitchen and front of house dialogue throughout service.
Pay: From $28.00 per hour
