Role Description
This is a full-time, traveling position for a Regional Leasing Support Manager. The manager onboard, train and support all leasing staff in the North Carolina and Tennessee regions. Additional responsibilities include traveling to properties to assist when additional help is needed, assist with call volume overflow and ensuring that all lead sources are operating as intended.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, team management, and training skills for supporting leasing teams.
- Experience with leasing processes, property management, and maintaining compliance with leasing policies.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Yardi, Outlook and Excel.
- Previous experience in multifamily housing or property management is highly desirable.
- Applicants should be bilingual, Spanish and English.
