What you'll do as a Speech Therapist ST:
- Provide skilled speech therapy services to patients in their homes
- Develop and implement personalized care plans
- Evaluate speech, language, cognition, voice, and swallowing disorders
- Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic strategies
- Collaborate with Nurses, PT/OTs, and physicians to ensure the best outcomes
Who you are as a Speech Therapist ST:
- Current license as a Speech-Language Pathologist in (PA)
- ASHA CCC-SLP Certification
- 1 years of experience (home health a plus but not required—we’ll train the right candidate!)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
