Good Samaritan Hospice, a mission of Concordia Lutheran Ministries, provides compassionate home care, facility based, and inpatient hospice services to our patients and their families. Our home care coverage area spreads throughout several counties in Western Pennsylvania with inpatient locations in Wexford, Cabot, and Beaver. The Good Samaritan Hospice team works together to provide relief through pain control and symptom management, while offering emotional, social and spiritual support for the patient and family. Hospice Community Liaison
Good Samaritan Hospice (a ministry of Concordia Lutheran Ministries)
Good Samaritan Hospice is looking for a motivated, relationship-focused professional to join our team as a Hospice Community Liaison. In this role, you’ll be out in the community building connections and sharing the value of hospice care through education and outreach.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, has a heart for compassionate care, and is comfortable navigating the healthcare environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, including assisted living and skilled nursing facilities, physician offices, and hospitals
- Provide education about hospice services to patients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Serve as a trusted resource in the community, helping individuals understand hospice care and available services
- Travel within a defined territory throughout Western Pennsylvania

What We’re Looking For:
- Hospice or healthcare marketing experience preferred
- 1–2 years of marketing or related experience required
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
- Comfortable working within the healthcare system
- Proficiency with computers and documentation
