Job Title: Part-Time Recruiting & Marketing Coordinator
Location: Laramie, WY (Hybrid)
About the Role:
Concordant is seeking an entry-level professional who is eager to grow their career in recruiting, marketing, and business development. This part-time role combines recruiting support, digital marketing, and client outreach with opportunities to learn about government contracting and CMMC IT certification. We’re looking for someone who is not only people-oriented but also able to work independently, manage tasks with minimal supervision, and conduct research on their own when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruiting Support: Assist the HR Director with sourcing and recruiting candidates for specialized government contracting roles (contracts administration, HR, IT, cybersecurity including cleared positions).
- Marketing & Advertising:
- Independently create and publish posts on LinkedIn and other platforms.
- Design ads, flyers, and other materials using Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Publisher, etc.).
- Run targeted LinkedIn ads and campaigns to support outreach and brand visibility.
- Business Development & Outreach: Make calls to prospective clients, promote Concordant’s CMMC IT program certification services, and maintain consistent follow-up.
- Customer Service & Negotiation: Represent Concordant as a professional, approachable first point of contact. Answer questions, resolve concerns, and negotiate as needed.
- Research: Reliably conduct independent research to support recruiting, marketing, and business development initiatives.
What We’re Looking For:
- Entry-level experience in recruiting, marketing, customer service, or sales (willing to train the right person).
- Outgoing, engaging personality who thrives on people-facing interactions.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and self-manage tasks with minimal guidance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office for creating print and digital materials.
- Comfort with social media platforms, especially LinkedIn, for marketing and outreach.
- Customer service mindset with the ability to problem-solve and negotiate when necessary.
- Rough understanding of CMMC certification requirements (training provided).
- Based in or near Laramie, WY and available for part-time hours.
