Location: New York City (relocation available) Work pattern: Minimum 4 days per week in office, downtown Brooklyn Type: Full-time Compensation: $90,000 to $125,000 base, depending on experience

Concorda is an early-stage legal technology company backed by a16z speedrun, building software for litigation teams.

Our product helps lawyers and legal teams work more efficiently across complex litigation workflows, including drafting, research, case management, document-heavy processes, and collaboration. As we enter our next stage of growth, we're accelerating our US go-to-market efforts, with the founding team now building from New York.


The role

We're hiring a Founding GTM Associate to drive sales, growth, marketing, and pipeline generation.

This is a broad early-stage role that sits between sales, growth, marketing, and customer success. You'll work directly with the founders to identify target customers, run outbound campaigns, book meetings, support marketing activity including conferences, manage CRM workflows, and help shape how Concorda goes to market.

This role suits someone early in their career who has had exposure to sales, growth, marketing, customer success, or outbound, and now wants more ownership in a lean startup environment.

It is not a role for someone looking for a narrow sales lane or a fully built playbook. We're looking for someone hungry, organized, commercially curious, and willing to get hands-on across whatever helps generate conversations and move the business forward.


What you'll do

  • Build and manage targeted outbound campaigns to law firms, legal teams, and legal decision-makers
  • Book meetings and generate pipeline through cold email, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, referrals, events, and other creative channels
  • Manage and maintain the CRM, ensuring outreach, follow-ups, opportunities, and customer conversations are properly tracked
  • Work with the founders to test messaging, positioning, buyer personas, and go-to-market approaches
  • Support marketing campaigns, including attending conferences, content distribution, event follow-up, email campaigns, market mapping, and customer research
  • Speak with potential customers to understand pain points, buying processes, and how legal teams evaluate new technology
  • Identify high-value target accounts and build structured prospect lists across the US legal market
  • Collaborate closely with the founders, engineering team, and product stakeholders to share feedback from the market
  • Contribute to the early commercial foundations of the business as we scale


What we're looking for

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a sales, SDR, AE, growth, marketing, customer success, or commercial role
  • Some experience with outbound prospecting, cold outreach, lead generation, campaign execution, or pipeline building
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfort speaking with senior, professional, or specialist buyers
  • CRM experience and the ability to stay organized across multiple conversations and follow-ups
  • A proactive, self-starting approach and the ability to work independently without a fully defined process
  • Strong interest in startups, legal technology, and building from an early stage
  • A scrappy, low-ego attitude with a willingness to get involved across sales, marketing, growth, and operations
  • Comfort working in person with the team in New York at least four days per week


Nice to have

  • Experience in legal tech, SaaS, or B2B software
  • A legal qualification, legal background, or prior exposure to litigation, law firms, or legal workflows
  • Strong academic background
  • Experience in an early-stage startup or founder-led business
