- Administer medications accurately and safely
- Complete medication and treatment documentation
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed
- Communicate effectively with nursing staff and interdisciplinary team
- Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful care environment
- Current Kentucky Certified Medication Technician (CMT) certification (or eligible)
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
