Key Responsibilities
- Perform Accounts Payable functions including invoice review, coding, and timely payment processing
- Maintain vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Assist with month-end close processes, reconciliations, and general ledger entries
- Support corporate financial reporting and accounting projects
- Collaborate with facility personnel and vendors from the corporate office
- Assist with audits, compliance requests, and internal controls
- Expand into additional accounting responsibilities based on performance and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
- Accounts Payable experience required
- Nursing home or healthcare accounting experience preferred
- Solid understanding of accounting principles
- Proficiency in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a corporate office environment
