Seasonal Youth Program Facilitator Lead (Full-Time Summer Leadership Role)

At Concilio, our summer programs are more than activities, they are structured, intentional experiences designed to support youth who need it most.
We are seeking a Seasonal Youth Program Facilitator Lead who is ready to take ownership of daily program execution, lead with purpose, and ensure that every young person in our care is supported, engaged, and safe.
This role is critical. You will be responsible for both the quality of programming and the overall experience of youth participants, particularly those from at-risk communities.
About the Role
As the Youth Program Facilitator Lead, you will run the daily operations of the Out of School Time (OST) summer program under the JEVS Human Services contract. You will ensure programming is delivered effectively, participants are consistently engaged, and all operational and compliance expectations are met.
This is a hands-on leadership role that requires strong organization, presence, and accountability.
What You’ll Do
Program Leadership and Facilitation
- Lead and support daily programming including education, workforce readiness, social-emotional learning, and recreation
- Facilitate sessions and ensure all activities are delivered with structure, purpose, and engagement
- Prepare and review lesson plans, workshops, and activities in advance
- Coordinate speakers, special events, and culminating experiences
Youth Engagement and Accountability
- Track and monitor daily attendance and follow up with participants as needed
- Ensure all participant documentation and enrollment records are complete and accurate
- Support recruitment efforts to maintain full program enrollment
- Administer and track pre- and post-assessments
Program Operations and Organization
- Maintain organized program documentation and on-site operational materials
- Manage supplies and inventory across program sites
- Ensure youth receive meals and have access to necessary resources
- Plan and coordinate field trips
Compliance and Reporting
- Ensure full compliance with funder and program requirements
- Participate in required trainings and uphold all program standards
Partnership and Community Engagement
- Represent the program at outreach events and partnership meetings
- Support relationship-building with community stakeholders
Supervision and Collaboration
- Participate in regular check-ins with leadership
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure program success

Qualifications:
What You Bring
- Associate’s degree or equivalent required; coursework in education, social work, psychology, or related field preferred
- At least 4 years of experience working with youth, including leadership or program facilitation experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and team coordination skills
- Experience managing program operations, attendance, or compliance processes
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain
