Lead the Program. Drive the Impact. Set the Standard.

At Concilio, our summer programs are more than activities, they are structured, intentional experiences designed to support youth who need it most.

We are seeking a Seasonal Youth Program Facilitator Lead who is ready to take ownership of daily program execution, lead with purpose, and ensure that every young person in our care is supported, engaged, and safe.

This role is critical. You will be responsible for both the quality of programming and the overall experience of youth participants, particularly those from at-risk communities.

About the Role

As the Youth Program Facilitator Lead, you will run the daily operations of the Out of School Time (OST) summer program under the JEVS Human Services contract. You will ensure programming is delivered effectively, participants are consistently engaged, and all operational and compliance expectations are met.

This is a hands-on leadership role that requires strong organization, presence, and accountability.

What You’ll Do

Program Leadership and Facilitation

  • Lead and support daily programming including education, workforce readiness, social-emotional learning, and recreation
  • Facilitate sessions and ensure all activities are delivered with structure, purpose, and engagement
  • Prepare and review lesson plans, workshops, and activities in advance
  • Coordinate speakers, special events, and culminating experiences

Youth Engagement and Accountability

  • Track and monitor daily attendance and follow up with participants as needed
  • Ensure all participant documentation and enrollment records are complete and accurate
  • Support recruitment efforts to maintain full program enrollment
  • Administer and track pre- and post-assessments

Program Operations and Organization

  • Maintain organized program documentation and on-site operational materials
  • Manage supplies and inventory across program sites
  • Ensure youth receive meals and have access to necessary resources
  • Plan and coordinate field trips

Compliance and Reporting

  • Ensure full compliance with funder and program requirements
  • Participate in required trainings and uphold all program standards

Partnership and Community Engagement

  • Represent the program at outreach events and partnership meetings
  • Support relationship-building with community stakeholders

Supervision and Collaboration

  • Participate in regular check-ins with leadership
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure program success

Who You Are (About You)

You are a strong, organized leader who can manage both programming and people while maintaining high standards.

You bring:

  • A deep commitment to youth development, especially for at-risk populations
  • The ability to lead with structure, consistency, and professionalism
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Confidence in facilitating, coordinating, and problem-solving in real time

Qualifications:

What You Bring

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent required; coursework in education, social work, psychology, or related field preferred
  • At least 4 years of experience working with youth, including leadership or program facilitation experience
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team coordination skills
  • Experience managing program operations, attendance, or compliance processes
  • CPR/First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain

Why This Role Matters

This is not just a facilitation role, it is a program leadership role.

You will directly influence:

  • The quality and consistency of program delivery
  • The experience and outcomes of youth participants
  • The strength and organization of daily operations

This role builds real leadership experience in nonprofit program management and youth development.

Perks and Support

This is a seasonal full-time position and is not eligible for medical, dental, or vision benefits. However:

  • You will have access to TAVA Health for mental wellness support without needing to enroll through Concilio
  • You will work within a mission-driven, supportive team environment
  • You will gain meaningful leadership experience with opportunities for future roles
