JEV’s Seasonal Lead Youth Facilitator (Full-Time Summer Leadership Role)

June – August | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

This summer, Concilio is looking for strong, passionate leaders who are ready to do more than show up, they’re ready to lead from the front.
As a Seasonal Program Lead Youth Facilitator, you won’t just support a program, you’ll help drive it. You’ll guide staff, inspire youth, and ensure that every day runs with purpose, structure, and impact.

What You’ll Be Part Of
You’ll oversee a dynamic summer cohort serving 40–50 youth participants, while directly supervising a team of Youth Facilitators. You’ll ensure that programming runs smoothly, staff are supported, and youth are engaged in meaningful, high-quality experiences.
You’ll be based at multiple locations.
What You’ll Do (And Why It Matters)
Lead the Team
- Supervise and coach Youth Facilitators to deliver strong, engaging programming
- Provide real-time feedback, support, and mentorship to staff
- Set the tone for professionalism, accountability, and energy
Drive Program Excellence
- Coordinate daily activities that are structured, engaging, and impactful
- Ensure programming aligns with youth development goals and outcomes
- Step in to lead sessions and model best practices
Own the Experience
- Lead field trips and ensure safety, logistics, and engagement are on point
- Maintain a safe, structured, and inclusive environment at all times
Be the Communication Hub
- Serve as the go-to leader for staff questions, scheduling, and daily operations
- Communicate with program leadership, families, and stakeholders as needed
Track Impact
- Monitor youth participation, behavior, and progress
- Support program evaluation and continuous improvement

What You Bring
- High school diploma required; college coursework in a related field preferred
- 2 years of experience working with youth, including leadership or supervisory experience
- Experience leading teams, programs, or group facilitation
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and team management skills
- CPR/First Aid preferred or willingness to obtain
(Experience in specialty areas like Culinary, Public Health, Human Services, or the Arts is a plus.)
