Location: Oradell, New Jersey
Pay: Starting at $16.00 – $18.00 per hour (based on experience)

We’re looking for a people-focused, organized, and proactive Client Service Representative (CSR) to be the welcoming face and voice of our practice.

What You’ll Do

As a CSR, you are the first and last impression of our clinic. Your role is critical in creating a smooth, positive experience for every client.

Your responsibilities will include:

• 
  Greeting clients and checking patients in and out

• Answering phones and managing appointment scheduling

• Handling billing, invoices, and payment processing

• Managing multiple phone lines while maintaining a calm, professional demeanor
• Communicating clearly with clients about services, appointments, and follow-ups
• Coordinating with technicians and doctors to keep the schedule flowing

• Maintaining accurate client and patient records

• Supporting front desk organization and daily operations

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience (veterinary experience is a plus, not required)

• Strong communication skills — both in person and over the phone

• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment

• Comfort with computers and learning new software systems

• Positive attitude and team-first mindset

• Someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and their pets

Schedule

• Monday – Friday

• Between 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• No weekends
