- Welcome and check in patients with warmth and professionalism
- Answer incoming calls and assist patients with scheduling needs
- Keep provider schedules filled and productive
- Confirm appointments and manage recall systems
- Assist patients with treatment scheduling and financial arrangements
- Collect patient payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Update patient information, insurance records, and documentation
- Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams to maintain efficient patient flow
- Follow up with patients regarding unscheduled treatment and pending appointments
- Ensure patients are never left waiting without communication
- Help create a positive and organized office environment

- Strong customer service and communication skills

- Previous experience in healthcare, hospitality, customer service, reception, or dental offices preferred
- Dental experience is helpful but not required—we provide training
- Patients feel welcomed and cared for

- Recall systems are consistently maintained
- Patient balances are collected appropriately
- Follow-up appointments are scheduled before patients leave
- Administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time
- Competitive pay: $18–$23/hour based on experience (DOE)
