- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Active New York State dental license in good standing (or eligible for licensure if relocating)
- A dentist who treats patients like guests, the team like professionals, and the practice like it’s their own
- A strong communicator, willing to lead clinically
- $160,000–$350,000 annual compensation — a daily guarantee during ramp-up, then a percentage of collections that scales with your production
