As a Patient Greeter, you will play an important role in creating a warm and welcoming environment for every patient. Your positive attitude and attention to detail will help ensure each visit begins with comfort, organization, and exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet patients as they arrive to the office with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Assist patients with the check in process and guide them through any necessary paperwork or digital forms
- Notify the clinical team when patients arrive and help maintain smooth patient flow throughout the office
- Escort patients to the appropriate areas when needed
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
- Provide general information to patients and assist with basic questions or directions within the office
- Support the front desk team with light administrative tasks when needed
- Ensure patients feel comfortable, informed, and cared for during their visit
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Friendly, professional, and patient focused attitude
- Ability to stay organized and attentive in a fast paced environment
- Strong customer service mindset
- Experience in hospitality, customer service, or healthcare environments is a plus
- Dental office experience is helpful but not required
