What are the responsibilities and job description for the Compliance Specialist position at Concentric Healthcare Staffing?
Maintain regular cooperation and compliance with all regulatory, accrediting, and membership-based organizations.
• Audit and clear new Healthcare staff
• Managing and completing E-Verify clearance for all Field Staff
• Assist with clearance of Travel contracted field staff, including but not limited to running background checks and drug screenings
• Ensure that all personnel and services adhere to facility and staff policies, department guidelines, regulations, and government laws
• Assist with applications and reappointment paperwork, checking for full completeness and accuracy
• Collect and process significant amounts of verification and accreditation information, maintaining and updating accurate databases for both practitioners and facilities
