The Role
The Administrative Assistant facilitates the efficient operation of the assigned department by performing a variety of clerical, safety, and administrative tasks to support the Plant Manager on site in a new facility. This position will also require some Human Resource duties such as recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations.
What You'll Do:
- Answers and transfers phone calls, screening when necessary.
- Welcome and direct visitors and vendors
- Responsible to manage office duties as assigned.
- Responds to and resolves administrative inquiries and questions.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other departments, including management, and maintain a professional demeanor.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

- Experience with Paylocity a plus
Education and Experience
- Associates degree preferred
- 1-2 years in Administrative Role
- Past manufacturing experience a plus, but not required
