Job Description:
The Program Manager is responsible for leading strategic Account Management initiatives by delivering Project, and Portfolio Management services. This role oversees resource planning, client coordination, risk mitigation, and flawless execution. The Program Manager partners closely with Business and technology stakeholders to align priorities, build relationships drive crossfunctional collaboration and ensure successful delivery of program outcomes. This role requires strong leadership, exceptional communication skills. The ideal candidate thrives in dynamic and crossfunctional environments and delivery to enterprise initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for both Account and Program Management.
- Manage end-to-end delivery planning, scheduling, resource coordination.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client engagement, stakeholder communication, and executive updates.
- Lead stakeholder communication, engagement across business and technical teams.
- Oversee technical delivery, including budget tracking, contract management, and client coordination. Provide program-level reporting, status updates, dashboards, and risk/issue analysis to leadership.
- Develop and maintain implementation roadmaps, highlighting timelines, resources, and progress indicators.
Required Skills
- 12 years of experience in Project and Program Management, preferably in technical or enterprise delivery environments.
- Must have experience managing hybrid delivery models (Agile and Waterfall).
- Strong hands-on experience facilitating meetings and driving accountability for action items and outcomes.
- Demonstrated expertise in client relationship management and resource planning.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influence skills across technical teams, business partners, and executive leadership.
- Strong understanding of enterprise scale technical architecture and system design, including integration patterns and scalable solutions.
- Proven experience writing and managing Fixed Price Statements of Work (SOWs).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Salary : $120,000 - $160,000
