Digital Shelf & Marketing Operations Specialist (Contract)
Location: Murrysville, PA (Hybrid 3 days onsite)
Duration: 6 9 Months
Role Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Digital Shelf & Marketing Operations Specialist to support digital content, ecommerce enablement, and marketing operations for third-party online partners. This role focuses on managing product content, improving digital workflows, and supporting integration of digital shelf platforms within the marketing technology ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize digital product content across ecommerce partner platforms
- Support content syndication, product information management, and digital workflows
- Assist in integrating digital shelf tools (e.g., Salsify) into internal systems
- Maintain and update product data including specifications, features, claims, and marketing content
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, digital, compliance)
- Support development of processes and tools for partner onboarding and digital enablement
- Ensure content compliance with legal and regulatory standards
- Provide project coordination and track deliverables across stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or related field
- 5 10 years of experience in digital marketing, ecommerce, or marketing operations
- Experience with content management systems, digital shelf tools, or PIM platforms (e.g., Salsify)
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and regulatory requirements
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare or regulated industries
- Familiarity with digital shelf/content syndication platforms
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com)
