Title: Lab Tech (Quality Technician)
Location: Bridgeton, NJ - 70 Rosenhayn Ave Bridgeton
Duration: 3 Months
Lab Tech (Quality Technician):
A Lab Tech/Quality Technician monitors and tests products and production processes to ensure quality and food safety compliance, accurately records results, troubleshoots issues, and supports continuous improvement—working independently or with a team in a fast-paced plant environment.
? Minimum Requirements:
Perform routine/episodic analytical, chemical, microbiological, and allergen testing and accurately record/report results
? Use and maintain basic lab instruments (pipets, pH meters, balances), including troubleshooting
? Follow written procedures/QMS/GMP and keep clear, complete documentation
? Interpret results and react to out-of-spec data (problem-solve, escalate, support mitigation)
? Strong computer skills (MS Office/basic systems) to enter/track lab and quality data
? Associate or bachelor’s in a relevant science (or equivalent experience) required training/certifications
? Ability to work independently, communicate with operations, and handle a fast-paced/shift-based schedule
