Job Details:
Title: Electronics Assembler
Duration: 6 Months (extendable / possible temp-to-perm)
Shift:
• Monday–Thursday: 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Every other Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Role Overview:
In this role, you will be responsible for performing mechanical and electro-mechanical assembly on electronic assemblies, sub-assemblies, and end products. You will work with hand tools, perform some hand soldering, and follow engineering drawings and Bills of Material. Metrology knowledge and experience with test or calibration equipment is highly valuable.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assemble mechanical and electronic components
• Use hand tools (pliers, screwdrivers, soldering iron, wrenches)
• Read and interpret drawings and BOMs
• Perform hand soldering on electronic assemblies
• Maintain quality, productivity, and a clean work area
• Support RF calibration and temperature/humidity instruments as needed
• Collaborate with team members on the production floor
Requirements:
• High School Diploma with 4 years relevant experience OR
• Associate Degree with 0–2 years experience
• Mechanical or electrical assembly experience
• Soldering experience preferred (IPC-610 / J-STD-001 is a plus)
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
