- Lead sourcing initiatives across IT software, services, and related technology categories, including CRM, ERP, and SaaS platforms.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and develop sourcing strategies that support operational scale and efficiency.
- Identify and evaluate suppliers, leveraging benchmarking, competitive bidding, and market analysis to drive value and innovation.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to optimize total cost of ownership and mitigate risk.
- Build and maintain strategic supplier relationships to support long-term business objectives.
- Guide stakeholders on supplier selection, contract strategy, and category best practices.
- Ensure a seamless source-to-pay process by collaborating with finance and internal teams throughout the procurement lifecycle.
- Support process improvements and sourcing strategies that enable scalability and operational excellence.
Ideal candidate profile
Bonus Qualifications Master's degree or MBA in a relevant discipline (Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Program Management, etc.) Experience in the autonomous vehicle industry high-tech, or a related safety-critical environment. Experience in an NPI environment and cross-functionally with PMO or engineering organizations

This Strategic Sourcing Manager will help to establish, grow, and scale foundational IT Software and IT services at company.
Required skills
In this role, you will: Support and guide various departments in the procurement of our IT Software, Hardware, and Services. Focus on CRM, ERP, SaaS & related procurements to ensure and assist company's operational scaling and efficiencies.
Support company's market growth by establishing and maintaining strategic relationships and procurement opportunities. Guide and inform internal stakeholders regarding supplier selection and management. Identify sourcing alternatives to drive efficiencies via benchmarking, competitive quotes, and by creating areas for changes.
Negotiate the cost and other terms and conditions to create a total cost of ownership that is a catalyst for company. Ensure a smooth source-to-pay process by working with the stakeholders and the finance team throughout the product lifecycle.
Business driver of role
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field 8 years of experience in strategic procurement, sourcing, indirect category management, contracting and/or supply chain management.
4 years of experience in Technology categories including familiarity with the complexities of Tech Sourcing, particularly networking hardware, software, services and associated agreements Strategic sourcing, financial and business opportunity analysis, comfort with legal frameworks, and contract negotiation skills
Experience drafting and negotiating contracts (reviewing redlines, identifying and offering solutions to potential issues)
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders Open-minded self-starter who can provide insightful feedback, strategies, and thoughts to their stakeholders and suppliers
