Hiring: Instructional Designer (Operations Training) Location: Foster City, CA (On-site)
Pay Rate: $67.78/Hourly
Travel: Up to 15%
Comrise is looking for a high-impact Instructional Designer to join the Operations Training team. We are seeking a creative problem-solver who can translate complex technical needs into engaging, scalable learning solutions.

What You’ll Do:
- Design & Develop: Create blended learning experiences (ILT, vILT, and eLearning) that align with critical business objectives.
- Collaborate: Partner with SMEs and technical stakeholders (Product Experts, Service Teams) to co-create dynamic curricula using AGILE methodologies.
- Modernize Content: Use advanced authoring tools to develop interactive digital content, ensuring SCORM compliance and brand consistency.
- Measure Success: Evaluate training effectiveness and implement iterative improvements to drive measurable learner outcomes.
- Strategy: Facilitate planning sessions and translate stakeholder input into actionable instructional strategies.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 6–8 years of Instructional Design experience, specifically in blended learning environments. (Experience in Autonomous Vehicles or Operations is a huge plus!)
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency with Articulate 360 (Rise & Storyline), Camtasia/Google Video, Vyond, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.
- Mindset: A strong conceptual designer who thrives in fast-paced environments and brings curiosity and empathy to the learner experience.
- Portfolio Required: Candidates must provide work samples demonstrating their approach to content design and instructional strategy.
