Site Operations Leader
Location: Central Texas/Greater Waco Area (Onsite)

Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven operations leader to oversee all aspects of operational performance, workforce development, customer satisfaction, safety, and regulatory compliance for a growing industrial organization.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a proven ability to manage complex operations, drive continuous improvement initiatives, develop high-performing teams, and support sustainable business growth. This position requires strong operational leadership, financial acumen, and experience within power infrastructure, electrical equipment, heavy industrial manufacturing, or related industries.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and oversee daily operational activities to ensure efficiency, productivity, quality, and profitability.
• Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain full P&L responsibility, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and financial performance management.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and development to managers and employees across multiple departments.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, transportation, and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee facility operations, equipment maintenance, workforce planning, and resource allocation.
• Support environmental compliance programs, audits, inspections, permitting activities, and regulatory reporting.
• Partner with Human Resources, Finance, IT, and Administrative teams to support organizational objectives.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and support business development initiatives.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and execute strategic plans.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years of senior-level management experience with responsibility for personnel, operations, and financial performance.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple departments, operational functions, or business units.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with P&L management, budgeting, and financial oversight.
• Experience within industrial manufacturing, electrical equipment, power infrastructure, utility services, field services, asset-intensive operations, or related environments.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience within the transformer industry, including manufacturing, remanufacturing, repair, refurbishment, testing, servicing, engineering, or operations leadership.
• Experience supporting utility, power distribution, electrical infrastructure, or related industrial markets.
• Familiarity with highly regulated operational environments where safety, environmental compliance, quality, and operational reliability are critical.
