We are a leading precision manufacturing company in the medical device industry that is seeking an experienced Quality Control Manager to lead quality operations within a highly regulated manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee quality control operations across multiple machining cells.
• Perform and review First Article Inspections (FAI) and in-process inspections.
• Lead investigations involving nonconforming materials, MRBs, and corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 quality management standards.
• Train, mentor, and support quality inspectors and production personnel.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve quality processes and manufacturing performance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing quality in a CNC machining or Swiss machining environment.
• Knowledge of First Article Inspection and in-process inspection procedures.
• Experience with nonconformance management, MRBs, CAPA, and root cause analysis.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and internal or external quality audits.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 standards.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
