About the Role
We are looking for a Director of Strategic Partnerships to build and scale our platform ecosystem across the U.S. logistics and e-commerce landscape.
This role will focus on developing high-impact partnerships with platforms, marketplaces, and logistics networks to drive large-scale customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage partnerships with:
E-commerce platforms (TikTok Shop, Shopify ecosystem, Temu, Shein, etc.)
Logistics aggregators and 3PL networks
Drive bulk customer acquisition through platform integrations and channel partnerships
Negotiate commercial terms and partnership agreements
Collaborate with internal sales and operations teams to ensure successful onboarding and execution
Identify new channel opportunities to accelerate growth
KPIs
Number of strategic partnerships signed
Customer volume generated via platforms
GMV / package volume contribution
Requirements
5 years in business development / partnerships Experience in Logistics / e-commerce ecosystem
Strong network in platforms, 3PLs, or marketplaces
Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
Bilingual Mandarin and English is preferred, as this job requires to communicate with team in china.
Salary : $140,000 - $180,000
