Overseas Market Head ProfilePosition: US Brand & Market LeadLocation: San Diego / Southern CaliforniaCore Objective: To be the key person responsible for taking first US store from inception to being recognized and accepted by the mainstream US market.Mandarin: Proficient for work communicationWork Experience: 3 years of experience in brand/marketing/public relations (with experience in the US local market or 0-to-1 market development) Core Competencies:1. Content Creation: Ability to distill key brand points and translate them into compelling content and stories that resonate with US consumers.2. Platform and Channel Resources: Familiarity with the recommendation logic, content boundaries, and basic advertising rules of platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Yelp, and Google; experience with channel resources or third-party collaborations (media, KOLs, platforms, agencies, etc.)3. Successful Cases: Led or executed complete marketing plans (planning → execution → review); possesses the ability to evaluate and prioritize resources, and can decline inefficient or unsuitable collaborations; responsible for brand communication results and able to quickly adjust strategies based on performance.4. Practicality and Execution: Able to independently manage opening communications, media/KOL collaborations, customer experience optimization, and store presentation.
