What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bilingual Director of Sales (Mandarin & English) position at Comrise?
We are hiring for a Global last-mile company in the US!
Location: Hybrid in Ontario, CA, US
Industry Experience: 5 YOE in BD/Sales/Account Management in the 3PL sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage partnerships with: E-commerce platforms
- Build and manage a local BD / sales team as a logistics aggregators in 3PL networks
- Drive bulk customer acquisition through platform integrations and channel partnerships
- Negotiate commercial terms and partnership agreements
- Collaborate with internal sales and operations teams to ensure successful onboarding and execution
- Identify new channel opportunities to accelerate business growth
Requirements
- 5 years in business development / partnerships Experience in Logistics / e-commerce ecosystem
- Strong network in platforms, 3PLs, or marketplaces
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Bilingual Mandarin and English is preferred, as this job requires to communicate with team in china.
Salary : $140,000 - $180,000
