Summary:
The Capital Project Analyst is responsible for assisting the Capital Project Team and FacilitiGroup Engineers with day-to-day activities related to managing the FacilitiGroup capital program including, but not limited to, project planning reviews, contract writing, and project set up and closing in eBuilder.
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of contracts for capital projects
- Complete project planning reviews for project funding utilizing Excel
- Initiate new projects in eBuilder
- Track processes in eBuilder and assist PMs for needed follow-up
- Sets up new users in eBuilder
- Close projects in eBuilder
Other Responsibilities:
- Assists with other project management needs as necessary
- Perform other duties as assigned
High School Graduate/Equivalent - Required
- 3-5 years of work experience
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Behaviors:
- Must be able to prioritize workload, be a self-starter, able to multi-task, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be detail oriented with a concern for accuracy and timeliness.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.).
- eBuilder, construction project management information system, experience.
