OverviewCTG is seeking to fill a Technical Support Representative – End User Services position for our client.Location: Milwaukee, WIDuration: 3 monthsResponsibilities:• Provide technical support for end-users across PC operating systems, applications, network, servers, and peripherals• Diagnose and resolve incidents via helpdesk systems, phone, and remote tools• Track and document all incidents, outages, and resolutions• Perform security administration for user and data access• Monitor mainframe systems (IBM/Unisys) and troubleshoot issues• Communicate incident updates promptly and professionally• Assist in client training for new system migrations (nice to have)Skills & Qualifications:• 1–3 years of technical support or computer operations experience• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and mainframe systems• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities• Excellent verbal and written communication• Ability to interact professionally with a diverse user communityEducation:• High school diploma or equivalent required; IT-related Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred, or equivalent experienceExcellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.CTG does not accept unsolicited resumes from headhunters, recruitment agencies, or fee-based recruitment services for this role.To Apply:To be considered, please apply directly to this requisition using the link provided.
