OverviewCTG is seeking to fill a Package Consultant – SAP HANA SCM PP position for our client.Location: San Diego, CADuration: 12 monthsDuties:Design, implement, and configure SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing-based Production Planning (PP) solutions.Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document production planning and manufacturing requirements.Translate business requirements into scalable SAP S/4HANA PP solution designs aligned with best practices.Configure and customize SAP PP modules, including master data, MRP, capacity planning, and shop floor execution.Support end-to-end implementation activities, including system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and go-live support.Identify opportunities to optimize production planning processes to improve manufacturing efficiency and reduce operational costs.Provide functional guidance, documentation, and knowledge transfer to client teams.Skills:Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Production Planning (PP) within SCM.Hands-on experience with manufacturing and production planning processes.Knowledge of MRP, BOMs, routings, work centers, capacity planning, and demand management.Ability to design and configure SAP solutions to meet complex business requirements.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Experience:5 years of SAP PP functional consulting experience, including S/4HANA implementations.Proven experience working directly with business users and cross-functional teams.Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments preferred.Education:Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.CTG does not accept unsolicited resumes from headhunters, recruitment agencies, or fee-based recruitment services for this role.The expected base salary for this position ranges from $50.00 to $120.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
