Strategy & Management Consultant – ERP & Business Transformation
Location: East Coast or CST | Travel up to 50%

Overview:
We’re hiring a Strategy & Management Consultant to lead ERP-driven business transformation initiatives. This role partners with executive stakeholders to modernize operating models, optimize processes, and deliver enterprise-wide change through ERP platforms.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead ERP strategy, readiness assessments, and implementation roadmaps
- Align ERP solutions with finance, supply chain, and operational goals
- Drive business transformation across people, process, and technology
- Conduct current-state assessments and define future-state operating models
- Support M&A integrations and transformation initiatives
- Establish KPIs, governance, and performance frameworks
- Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite stakeholders
What You Bring:
- 5–12 years in consulting, transformation, or strategy roles
- Strong ERP experience (NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, Epicor, Infor, Plex, etc.)
- Proven experience leading ERP-driven transformation initiatives
- Background in manufacturing, distribution, or complex operations
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
Preferred:
- Experience at top consulting firms such as Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG, or Accenture
- MBA or advanced degree
- Experience with Lean, Agile, or change management frameworks
