Job Title: Finance Business Analyst
Job at a Glance: Finance Business Analyst supporting finance leadership by building budgets/forecasts and variance analysis, developing SQL/Databricks ETL pipelines, and delivering executive Power BI dashboards.
Location: 341 White Pond Dr Akron Ohio 44320 United States
Pay Rate: $38.29/hr W2 optional benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401k)
Duration of Contract: Long term contract with extension/conversion possibility

Responsibilities:
  • Partner with finance, operations, and leadership teams to gather requirements and identify reporting needs.
  • Build budgets, forecasts, variance analyses, and financial models.
  • Develop and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines using Databricks.
  • Design and maintain interactive dashboards in Microsoft Power BI.
  • Create executive-level reporting packages with clear visual storytelling.
  • Write complex queries in SQL to extract and analyze data.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 3 years of experience in business analysis, finance analytics, BI, or data engineering roles.
  • Strong finance acumen with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis experience.
  • Hands-on experience with Databricks, SQL, Power BI, and Excel.
  • Strong communication skills with ability to present to business leaders and executives.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
