Responsibilities:
- Support a data platform team with both ongoing platform operations and modernization initiatives
- Help monitor, coordinate, and improve the performance and efficiency of existing data platforms
- Assist with the rollout and adoption of new platform capabilities as the environment evolves
- Act as a bridge between technical teams, systems analysts, and project managers
- Translate technical work into clear business-friendly updates, explanations, and presentations
- Support platform optimization efforts by identifying process improvements and operational efficiencies
- Experience working in a data platform, data operations, data management, or platform support environment
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to support multiple platforms and work across a broad data ecosystem
- Experience working with at least 2–3 data platforms/tools, with broader exposure preferred
