We're hiring a DataOps System Analyst to join our team in Richmond, VA, or Columbia, SC. This role offers a hybrid schedule, with 50% onsite work required Tuesday through Thursday.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 7 years of experience as a systems analyst
- 7 years of experience with SQL
- 3 years of experience:
- Designing data marts
- Using Power BI
- Experience supporting enterprise data platforms
- Experience with ETL/ETL processes (support, not development)
- Ability to work independently and manage complex, multi-project assignments
- Hands-on or strong functional experience supporting DataOps capabilities
- Stong communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Support data analytics, data warehousing, and data science initiatives
- Write complex SQL queries for analytical and reporting workloads
- Design data marts with expertise in dimensional modeling (facts, dimensions, star/snowflake schemas)
- Design and develop Power BI dashboards and reports
- Lead implementation of new data platforms and/or optimize existing data platforms
- Work closely with data platform engineering, data solution delivery, IT and business teams
Education/Certifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
The hourly rate for this position is $62.54.
