Data Center/Infrastructure Manager
W2 Contract
Hybrid (3 days on site 2 days remote)
Pittsburgh/Cleveland/Dallas/Phoenix/Birmingham

Roles and Responsibilities - Experience Level: 3-5 years (Level 2)

• Review technology issues
• Review projects from modernization efforts
• Collaborate to determine functional and non-functional requirements for new software/applications
• Knowledgeable of database management systems
• Use tools and methodologies to create representations for functions and user interfaces
• Define all aspects of development: technology, workflow, and coding standards
• Expertise in data center methodologies and network design
• Broad understanding of technology infrastructure
• Risk assessment, auditing experience, or risk management experience is a HUGE plus

 
 
Must-Have Technical Skills
Knowledge of Technology Infrastructure (servers, data centers, network management) – most important
Experience with IT service management methodologies and tools
Exposure to Cloud Technology and DevOps
Risk mindset and database experience
Microsoft Office Suite

Nice-to-Have / Flex Skills
ServiceNow and Archer (team will provide training if needed)


Soft Skills
Strong written and verbal communication
Presentation skills
Negotiation skills

Education / Certifications  Bachelor’s degree required
CRISC certification preferred
