Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate a high volume of concurrent construction projects (approx. 100 active, 20 daily touchpoints), ensuring timely execution and delivery.
- Utilize Salesforce and Excel to track project milestones, update statuses, and maintain accurate documentation across all job phases.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and field personnel to resolve issues and maintain workflow continuity.
- Monitor resource allocation, material delivery, and subcontractor performance to ensure alignment with project schedules.
- Identify process bottlenecks and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency.
