Key Responsibilities
- Identify, design, and implement improvements to management, board, and committee reporting packages
- Manage and analyze large datasets using Microsoft Excel to develop business reports
- Assess existing process documentation to identify gaps and improvement opportunities
- Coordinate and facilitate project meetings to ensure timely execution and delivery
- Gather and document business requirements and manage project plans
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support reporting and business initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of experience in the financial services industry
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
- Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results within deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a trust company environment
- Experience with Salesforce reporting
- Familiarity with Power BI or other data visualization tools
