Shift Timings: 08:00 AM to 04:00 PM [Monday to Friday]

Job Description:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer service inquiries and support.
- Provide quotes for parts, pumps, and motors.
- Process customer orders and manage order entry using ERP systems.
- Maintain quote logs and production order tracking databases.
- Assist with warranty claims, billing issues, and credit memo requests.
- Communicate order status updates and handle order changes.
- Support sales teams with customer-related activities.
- Ensure compliance with ISO9001 procedures and export regulations.
- Resolve customer issues, including AR and collections disputes.
- Prepare customer documentation and perform additional administrative tasks as needed.
