Job Summary
The Warehouse Worker is responsible for efficiently picking, packing, and shipping products scheduled for shipment. This role involves verifying orders, loading and unloading trucks, and processing materials to the appropriate storage areas, ensuring accuracy and safety throughout the process.
What You’ll Do
- Pick, pack, and ship products according to order specifications.
- Verify product details, including product numbers and quantities, to ensure order accuracy.
- Load and unload trucks and containers.
- Receive and process incoming stock and materials.
- Stock the warehouse and rotate or replenish inventory as needed.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
- Identify and report any missing, lost, or damaged materials.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime when necessary.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 35 lbs, and move materials by pushing or pulling up to 35 lbs.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work across various warehouse functions.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Must pass background check and drug screening.
- Must reside within 50 miles of Woodridge, IL.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience with handheld or RF scanners.
- Experience operating forklifts, material handling equipment, or powered industrial trucks.
- Prior experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
