JOB SUMMARY:
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment while ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. This role operates in a fast-paced warehouse environment and requires attention to detail and adherence to SOPs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders ensuring correct item, lot number, and quantity
- Prepare and pack orders for shipment while ensuring product protection and accuracy
- Verify cartons and materials prior to shipment
- Follow departmental SOPs and work procedures
- Maintain compliance with quality standards and Environmental, Health, and Safety regulations
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to follow SOPs and safety regulations
- Good attendance record and ability to work in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
