Job Summary
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support recruitment efforts at our Draper, UT manufacturing facility and collaborate with our global headquarters. This role focuses on high-volume early career programs, including engineering internships, co-op recruitment, campus engagement, and university relations operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for engineering intern requisitions in Irvine and Draper
- Own recruitment and management of the Co-Op program
- Coordinate campus interviews with technical interviewers
- Build and maintain relationships with five U.S. target schools
- Plan and execute fall recruitment events (career fairs, tech talks, hackathons, diversity events)
- Coordinate training for campus ambassadors and interviewers for the Fall 2026 cycle
- Provide SHPE Conference support in October 2026
- Support the new rotational development program in Draper
- Handle university relations operations including logistics, onboarding coordination, and materials management
- Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs
- Perform candidate searches using databases, networking, internet resources, and referrals
- Screen applicants for work history, training, education, and skills
- Prepare and maintain employment records
- Communicate with applicants regarding employment possibilities and selection
- Inform potential applicants about facilities, operations, benefits, and career opportunities
Required Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 2–4 years of HR or recruitment experience
- Experience in university recruiting or high-volume requisition management
- Strong event planning and operational coordination skill
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong verbal and written communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of legal policies and procedures related to hiring practices
- Familiarity with recruitment, selection, and training principles
- Basic knowledge of business and management principles related to strategic planning
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Exceptions
Preferred Qualification:
- Experience supporting rotational development program
- Prior involvement in diversity-focused recruitment initiative
Certification:
- None required; HR-related certifications are a plus
