Job Title: Supply Chain Systems Analyst (Blue Yonder / WMS)

Location: Plano, TX 75024

Duration: 08 Months contract

Description:

• This role is multi-functional across the Make (Manufacturing) area of PQGC and will support the Deployment portion of the project.
• The role is project based and has a finite term length for the role, roughly 14 periods.
• The role assignment will conclude at the end of the deployment portion for field operations for the PQGC Cap Ex.
• As part of the Make organization, you will support the subprocess team for Make to Deploy Make Production, Quality or Planning operations and Legacy Applications.
• This role will be critical in the support of the deployment model and hyper-care teams as the project progresses into the deployment phase.
• This role is expected to support field level operations in the United States and Canada.
• In addition, the role is expected to review and analyze data to assist with the project work to enable common processes, data, reporting and analytics and support the delivery of S/4 HANA solution across PQGC.
• This role will work closely across the organization with the larger PQGC PGT project team, baseline business teams, IT organization, and with the various external partners on the project.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for delivering the new harmonized process, data, analytics and controls within the subprocess area of Manufacturing.
• Provide knowledge and experience to project activities within the Manufacturing areas.
• Serve as a link between baseline business leaders, IT development team and any third-party regarding software functionality, throughout the project.
• Escalate appropriate decision-making requirements to Project Leadership.
• Support adoption and change management, as well as develop and deliver end-user training where needed.
• Provide deployment support.
• Provide post-go-live support (Hyper-Care).

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 3-4 plus years of previous experience working within Foods or Beverage Operations, or CPG and warehouse environment.
• Must have hands-on experience with Blue Yonder.
• Extensive Excel (pivot tables and data analysis) and PowerPoint knowledge.
• Strong attention to detail; highly organized, with project planning and time management skills.
• Comfortable with challenging the status quo and ask difficult questions.
• Effective communicator, both written and oral; ability to articulate or demonstrate perspectives and best practices.
• Ability to travel cross border up to 70% to include weekends and potential holidays, Travel expenses (food, flights, hotels) will be covered. Note: Only working hours will be paid; travel time will not be compensated.
