Supply Chain Assistant

Operator Warehouse

Shift: Monday–Friday, 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM

Hours: 8 hours/day | 40 hours/week

Start Day: Monday

Interview Type: Onsite, 30 minutes (Visitor parking)

Position Summary

The Operator Warehouse I is responsible for the accurate and efficient handling of raw materials and finished goods within the Lenexa warehouse facility. This role performs shipping, receiving, put-away, retrieval, cycle counting, and material movement activities while supporting daily housekeeping and special projects. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to work both independently and within a team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Process incoming materials: receipt, inspection, labeling, and put-away.
• Retrieve, stage, and ship materials for internal and external customers.
• Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory accuracy initiatives.
• Maintain clean, organized warehouse areas; support general housekeeping and equipment care.
• Use forklift equipment for approximately 10–15% of daily duties (training/certification provided if needed).
• Follow all safety, compliance, and operational procedures, including ISO, GMP, OSHA, DOT, and IATA regulations.
• Support special projects and tasks assigned by the Lead or Logistics Manager.
• Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and urgent requests.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to pass MVR requirements (mandatory for job offer).
• Ability to speak and understand English.
• Ability to perform basic math.
• Ability to obtain forklift certification.
• Ability to lift:
• 70 lbs regularly
• 50 lbs up to 60 times during a 12-hour shift

Preferred Qualifications

• 2 years of warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, or inventory.
• Familiarity with warehouse safety protocols and material handling best practices.
