Senior UX Writer/Content Strategist
to join the
National Charitable Services UX Design & Research team

human-centered experiences
that make charitable giving
accessible, simple, and impactful
— for donors, advisors, nonprofits, and plan sponsors.
As part of this mission, you'll craft clear, empathetic, and strategic content that empowers users throughout their giving journey.
What You'll Do
- Create clear, user-focused content for navigation, flows, and communications that inspire donor engagement.
- Collaborate closely with designers, researchers, product owners, and technology partners in an agile environment.
- Use data, research, and testing to refine and elevate user experiences.
- Ensure every piece of content reflects the organization's voice — simple, human, and purposeful.
What You Bring
- 8 years of UX writing or content strategy experience.
- Strong portfolio showcasing content that enhances usability and engagement.
- Background in financial services or complex systems a plus.
- Experience with journey maps, empathy maps, and integrating UX research insights.
- Excellent communication skills — able to translate complex processes into clear, user-friendly language.
