JOB SUMMARY:
The SAP Deployment Analyst supports the implementation and rollout of enterprise processes, systems, and data solutions within warehouse and inventory management operations. This project-based role focuses on enabling SAP S/4 HANA deployment, ensuring smooth transition, training, and post-go-live support while collaborating with business, IT, and external partners across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support deployment of harmonized processes, data, analytics, and controls in inventory and warehouse operations
- Act as a liaison between business teams, IT, and third-party partners for system functionality and process alignment
- Provide expertise in Make-to-Deploy and Order-to-Cash operations
- Analyze data to support reporting, process improvements, and decision-making
- Assist in SAP S/4 HANA implementation and warehouse management processes
- Support field operations across warehouses and 3PL partners (US & Canada)
- Deliver end-user training and support change management initiatives
- Provide deployment and post-go-live (hyper-care) support
- Escalate key issues and decisions to project leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 4 years of experience in Make-to-Deploy and/or Order-to-Cash operations
- Hands-on experience with SAP or S/4 HANA, Hypercare and Deployment.
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, data analysis) and PowerPoint proficiency
- Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to analyze data and support process improvements
- Willingness to travel extensively (up to 80%)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience driving process improvements and business transformation
- Ability to work across multiple time zones and adapt schedules
- Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to challenge existing processes
- Experience in large-scale ERP deployment projects
