Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Maintain, update, and distribute price lists, ensuring accuracy and alignment with global frameworks.
- Support periodic price reviews and implement approved updates promptly; act as the POC for pricing tools and processes.
- Monitor input costs (materials, logistics, FX) and evaluate their impact on product margins.
- Build and maintain pricing models to assess cost-price relationships and margin sensitivity.
- Provide actionable insights on margin performance to finance, product, and commercial teams.
- Collaborate with product and segment teams to understand positioning, value drivers, and customer segments.
- Analyze competitive pricing, market trends, and regional dynamics to guide pricing strategies.
- Partner with sales, products, finance, and supply chain teams to align pricing with business objectives.
- Communicate pricing changes, rationale, and impacts; contribute to pricing governance and CI initiatives.
- Prepare regular pricing/margin reports and support ad hoc analysis and strategic pricing projects.

Education And/or Work Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in pricing, financial analysis, or commercial analytics
- Familiarity with ERP or pricing systems.
- Understanding of competitive analysis and market research methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools.
- Ability to interpret financial data, cost structures, and margin drivers.
- Excellent communication skills and comfort working with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
