JOB SUMMARY:
The Process Inspector is responsible for performing inspections and testing at various stages of production, including incoming materials, in-process checks, and final product inspections. This role also supports quality audits, documentation, and administrative tasks to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform incoming raw material inspection and testing
- Conduct in-process and final product inspections
- Ensure products meet quality standards and specifications
- Perform product and process audits
- Maintain and manage document control activities
- Enter and update quality data accurately in systems
- Support administrative tasks related to quality operations
- Follow all quality procedures and compliance requirements
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Willingness to work in shift-based roles
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine)
- Familiarity with X-ray inspection equipment
- Previous experience in quality inspection or manufacturing environment
EXPERIENCE:
0–2 years of quality or manufacturing experience preferred
